Shipping and Delivery

At Eveillance, we do everything possible to ensure your order reaches you quickly and in the best condition. Here is all the useful information regarding the shipping and delivery of our baby carriers.

Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Free shipping in metropolitan France and Europe for purchases over €90.
  • For orders below this amount, standard shipping costs are €4.90 for metropolitan France and €6.90 for Europe.
  • Deliveries are made by Colissimo or Chronopost, to your home or to a relay point depending on availability at the time of order.
  • We deliver to French Overseas Departments and Territories: Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Réunion, Mayotte, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin, French Polynesia, and New Caledonia. Delivery costs amount to €11.90.

 Processing & Delivery Times

For any order placed on our website before 12 PM (excluding weekends and public holidays), shipping will occur on the same day. Otherwise, the order will be prepared and shipped on the next business day.

Once shipped, your order is delivered within 2 business days in metropolitan France and 3 to 5 business days in Europe.
For French Overseas Departments and Territories, the delivery time is 5 to 7 business days.

Order Tracking

Upon shipment, you will receive an email containing a tracking number to follow the progress of your package in real-time.

Delivery Delays or Incidents

Delays may exceptionally occur (weather conditions, strikes, peak periods, etc.).
In case of a problem, contact us as soon as possible at hello@eveillancecarrier.com, stating your order number. We will do our best to assist you effectively.

Damaged Package upon Receipt

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Refuse delivery if possible, or
  • Take photos of the package before opening,
  • Report the problem to us within 48 hours at hello@eveillancecarrier.com.

This will allow us to open a claim with the carrier and offer you a suitable solution.

We advise you to provide an address where you are sure to be present at the time of delivery. Eveillance cannot be held responsible for loss or theft following a delivery validated by the carrier.
